Vern Porter is a Deputy Fire Marshal with the Tacoma Fire Department. Vern has been in the fire service for 34 years, and served with Tacoma Fire for over 28 years.

Craig Pollock has been in the fire service for over 28 years. Craig has been a Firefighter Paramedic with Tacoma Fire for 16 years, and currently serves Tacoma’s South End neighborhoods on Engine 10.

Kristin Elmer is currently the Captain of Station 1 in Downtown Tacoma and has served with TFD for over 16 years.

Baigeh “BJ” Tucker is a former professional football player and current Lieutenant on Engine 15 in Tacoma’s Eastside. BJ has served with Tacoma Fire for 11 years.

Janell Murry is a Lieutenant Paramedic in the Hilltop District on Medic 4. Janell has served with TFD for 7 years and is also a member of TFD’s Peer Support Team.

Ryan Farstad is currently the Captain for Station 13 in Tacoma’s Proctor District. Ryan has served with Tacoma Fire for over 20 years.

Dr. Jeni Gregory is a Field Traumatologist, a Refugee Relief Worker, and currently serves as Tacoma Fire’s contracted Mental Health Professional for the Peer Support Team.

Casey Novak is a Battalion Chief and the leader of Tacoma Fire’s Peer Support Team. Casey has served on the Tacoma Fire Department for 20 years.

Tory Green is currently the Fire Chief of the Tacoma Fire Department and has served with the department for over 28 years.

Russ Peters is currently Lead Chaplain and Crisis/Trauma Interventionist for the Tacoma Fire Department.
